Guess who's back

Buddy's back!! The girls are so excited! He came back from the north pole and this time he brought someone! His sister Belle as the girls named her. 

So again this year he came thanksgiving night and popped into our tree for the girls to find him, as you can see they were so happy to see him! So they will be here during the day and they fly to the north pole to check in with santa every night then fly back into a different spot in the house for them to find in the morning, they have so much fun with this so it will be a fun couple of weeks around here with all the traditions:)

Thanksgiving weekend was great, great food, great family time followed by  a GREAT win for the wolverines on Saturday! Tomorrow we are off to Cleveland for the day, prayers for a good report:) I will be sure to update with any news.

Our holiday weekend

Our holiday weekend didn't start off the greatest but thankfully that didn't last very long. Friday early morning Jeramey had gotten a headache that just hung around until late afternoon. He ended up getting sick from it that afternoon, he couldn't keep anything down for a good hour or so which was making me a little worried but he finally feel asleep and was able to sleep it off and around dinner time he felt a lot better. We aren't sure if this was a reaction to the chemo he had finished the day before or just simply a bad headache that made him sick. We are praying that it was just a headache and we don't have to deal with that again. So after that episode on Friday our holiday weekend consisted of lots of family fun. We enjoyed most of the weekend in the pool as it was so hot out that's the only place you wanted to be. The kids had a blast with the sparklers we did here and where in aww of the fireworks we went and watched on Sunday night.

This is our off week so we are going to enjoy a week of not having to run anywhere:) I'll leave this post with some pictures of our weekend fun.

Lex is notorious for falling asleep anywhere, she has fallen asleep in her car before and did it again Friday night after a long day of swimming:)

Easter Festivies

We pretty much had a wonderful and blessed  Easter weekend here, hope you all did too! And because it seems like we have been on the go non stop from Friday to Sunday I'm going to let the pictures do the talking:)

We started off with coloring some eggs

 Easter morning the easter bunny left eggs with candy and clues all over the house starting in their beds and those eventually led to their baskets. Next year maybe the bunny should leave out the candy and just stick with the clue's candy at 7 am isn't the greatest idea:)

 I made the girls both hooded towels for the pool that match their suits, miss Laynee is also getting one for her birthday Saturday:) They're so cute I think I will be making a couple more.

 After church we headed to my parents for another egg hunt and more baskets, I think these kids have enough candy to last them awhile;)

 We had to do the easter egg hunt inside as it was still raining out but it worked out pretty good

 And of course it wouldn't be Easter without some family pictures
